Independent Living at Park Village Health Care's
Continuing Care Retirement Community - New Philadelphia
Park Village Health Care is pleased to offer Independent Living Cottages on our southside campus. Residents enjoy the ability to remain independent without having to maintain a house or yard. The Independent Living option offers the advantage of nearby health care if needed, and includes activities, housekeeping and optional meal plans.
Independent Living Cottages include:
- Spacious two-bedroom apartments with a one car garage
- Kitchen with breakfast bar, fully equipped with stove, dishwasher, refrigerator and garbage disposal
- All baths feature tile floors, and a walk-in shower with seat
- Carpeting in living/dining areas and bedrooms
- Once a month wellness check by a registered nurse
- Housekeeping service every other week
- Decorations integrate neutral colors and include window blinds
- Optional meal packages available in our Assisted Living dining areas
- Nicely landscaped and maintained campus on the quiet southside of New Philadelphia
